Kepley Construction is a family-owned/operated grading business located in Salisbury, NC, specializing in commercial demolition, site development, and erosion control. The company started in 1946 by Walter Alexander Kepley Sr. with only an Allis-Chalmers HD5 track loader, HD11 bulldozer, and a vision. For generations, our family has passed down this vision of unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. What began as a small business has evolved into a legacy of construction and grading expertise that continues to shape our community. The current owners are Mike and Bryan Kepley, who have managed the company for the past 30+ years. Without them or our outstanding team we wouldn’t be the company we are today. At the heart of our business is your satisfaction. We believe in open communication, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
